A new food store is preparing to open on Fore Street. Temporary signs are now up at the former WS Training site, which is located between Ipswich's Waterfront area and the town centre.
The new store will be situated on the same street as Moto Pizza, the newly-opened bottomless pizza restaurant.
It's unclear what type of food it will sell when it opens its doors, but 'kervan' is the Turkish word for 'caravan'.
The unit was previously home to WS Training, which relocated its Ipswich centre to Bath Street after operating from Fore Street for nearly 10 years. The training provider's vinyl signage remains visible on the windows.
Suffolk Archives' community-led project about migration stories is in the running against attractions from 15 countries for a prestigious museums award.
The "Arrivals: Celebrating Migration to Suffolk" exhibition has been shortlisted for Community Engagement Programme of the Year at the 23rd annual Museums + Heritage Awards.

Examples of traditional clothing from around the world
From the community: The exhibition featured "The Journey" – an art installation consisting of 125 birds made from sustainably sourced plywood, each decorated to represent a unique migration story.

The competition: 'Arrivals' is competing alongside exhibitions from Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust, Manchester Museum, The Landmark Trust, and Historic England.
