Mr Gregory's vision: A spokesperson for the school said: "We look forward to this exciting new chapter under Mr Gregory’s leadership. He is committed to continuing our proud 600+ year history as the centre of educational excellence in the region.

"It is his belief that at the core of an Ipswich School education is a desire to inspire our pupils so that they leave us with a body of knowledge, a portfolio of skills and a strong sense of self-worth and self-knowledge."

What's next: The school is hosting an Open Morning on Saturday, 28 September. Those who would like to experience Mr Gregory's vision firsthand can register their interest here: https://www.ipswich.school/openevents
