Fire investigators are set to determine the cause of Monday's blaze at Otley Primary School, which saw eight fire crews respond to the scene.
The big picture: Investigators will visit the Chapel Road site today to examine how the fire started and spread through the building. The school remains shut.

What happened: The fire broke out in a toilet area at the school at around 15:30 on Monday afternoon before spreading to the roof, prompting a major emergency response. Eight fire engines and one aerial ladder platform were deployed in total. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, but the school remains shut.

Bottom line: While the immediate incident has been dealt with, the investigation will provide important answers about how the fire started as staff look to reopen the school as quickly as possible.
