A woman in her 50s has suffered potentially life-changing injuries after her scooter collided with a car in Ipswich. Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident on Duke Street yesterday evening.

  • The collision involved a Honda 125 scooter and a black Volkswagen Polo

  • It happened around 5:10pm on Thursday, August 8

  • The scooter rider was initially taken to Ipswich Hospital, then transferred to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital
