The role
Ensure safety and security of employees and customers at events/venues
Interact with public, provide information and directions
Monitor access points and crowds
Enforce event policies and safety procedures
Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed
Work at indoor and outdoor events in Ipswich, Suffolk, Essex and beyond
The requirements
Must be over 18 years old
Good command of English language
Hold or be willing to work towards Level 2/3 Spectator Safety Qualification
Able to provide ID, right to work, and 5-year checkable history
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Calm under pressure, reliable, and flexible
Willing to work evenings and weekends
