Make a complaint
We're dedicated to maintaining high standards of journalism and adhere strictly to the Editor’s Code of Practice. However, mistakes can happen. When they do, we are committed to transparency and promptly correcting them.
Upon receiving your complaint, the editor will review it and discuss it with the reporter responsible for the piece. We aim to respond to your complaint within three weeks. If we determine that a correction or apology is warranted, we will make the necessary changes or issue the apology within one week of reaching our decision.
Your complaint will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
